Jerusha Meldrum is a senior people advisor for one of the biggest professional services firms in the world.
Jerusha started out her career in Human Resources in her home country of South Africa. She has a bachelors degree in social sciences, with an honors degree in commerce, which she completed whilst working.
In today's episode, we learn more about Jerusha's move from a stable job in South Africa, to a new position in the United Kingdom. The transition was not easy, especially during covid. She shares some of the challenges that she faced whilst moving, and unpacks some of the insights that she learnt along the way.
